So I am going to treat you like a friend here - and that means I am going to leave out all the hype that those marketing experts tell me to put in.

And if you think the market will crash, and property investors will deservedly lose their money, then you should just click away from this page right now - I really can't help pessimists succeed.

This isn't the latest get rich overnight scheme, here today gone tomorrow, so if you're looking for one of those, I'm afraid you won't find it here.

The property market is full of great opportunities to build serious wealth, that is what my Property Millionaires Fast Track 100 is all about.

I purchased your property investors strategy book around three weeks ago. Prior to the purchase of this book I was considering paying several thousand pounds for a seminar. I found that after reading the book I no longer had the desire to go on a seminar and had the confidence to buy my first off plan property, which I did within a week of finishing the book. I consider that the book was £30 very well spent and therefore welcome the apprentice program with anticipation.

It will NOT be a home study course - to be honest, I don't think the world needs yet another home study course and, in any case, I think we've all studied enough and it's time we all just got on with it!

It will NOT be personal one-on-one mentoring – unfortunately, much as I'd like to coach every one individually, I just don't have the time to do it.

It will NOT be me doing everything for you – let's face it, if you want to be a success in property there's only one person who can do it for you and that's YOU. So I will not be investing your money for you, I will not be telling you which street you should buy in, I will not be taking responsibility for your decisions.

However, let me tell you what

The Property Millionaires Fast Track 100 WILL BE:

However, I have always felt that property investors should keep their hard earned money to invest in the property, and not the knowledge. That's why I have never suggested putting on expensive seminars, and have never charged exorbitant fees for finding properties.

And The Property Millionaires Fast Track 100 is no exception. I want it to be as competitively priced as possible so you can spend your money on property. I am sure I could charge many times the price I am going to propose and still fill all 100 places many times over. But that's not my style.

However, it's a difficult balancing act. The trouble is that if I do it all in hard copy, print it out and then post it you, I'll have to charge for printing and posting and all the costs involved. But there again, if I email it to you, which will be much cheaper, many of you will complain that you haven't got something tangible to hold, as it were.

So I've decided that the best way forward is to do both, so here's what I propose.

Every month I will send you an email telling you where you can download The Property Millionaires Fast Track 100 in PDF format. And then you can print it out for your own use.

However, for Step 1 only , I will print it out for you, and I will send it to you in a 4–ring binder so that you can keep all the future Steps that you print out together, and refer back to the actions and exercises as our journey together unfolds.

Obviously I will have to charge a bit extra for Step 1 to cover the cost of creating your hard copy starter pack, but thereafter the price of each subsequent Step will be less – in fact less than the price of a couple of bottles of wine!
